Whitening

Whitening by lamp is a modern and very safe method of improving the aesthetics of teeth. We use a professional Zoom lamp for whitening, which provides great results without risking sensitivity. It's a simple way to have a beautiful smile - it will restore your teeth to a brighter and more beautiful color. Whitening is done in two stages - in the office and at home.

First visit

We start by cleaning the teeth of deposits, plaque and deposits. Then we take impressions for the whitening splints. We also recommend using a toothpaste for sensitivity a few days before starting whitening.

Second visit

In-office whitening. We apply a whitening agent to the teeth, taking care to thoroughly isolate the gums. The product is applied three times at fifteen-minute intervals and exposed to a Zoom lamp. The entire visit takes about two hours. At the end, we provide splints that will serve as a carrier for the whitening preparation at home, as well as detailed instructions on how to proceed while continuing home whitening.

After the whitening treatment

After the in-office whitening treatment, do not eat for one hour. You are allowed to drink only non-carbonated mineral water.

During whitening and up to 7 days after whitening

Give up foods that tend to stain, such as beets, red wine, curry, turmeric, berries or cherries. “White diet” will perpetuate the whitening effect.

During home bleaching

Stick strictly to the “white diet” for about 4 hours after removing the caps. Most avoid coffee, tea, red wine, dark fruits such as berries or currants, dark vegetables such as red cabbage and red peppers, and coloring spices - turmeric, curry, paprika.

Up to 4 hours after removing the overlays

You can eat dairy products, white bread, oatmeal, light-colored vegetables such as potatoes, cauliflower, corn or cucumber, rice, cereals and pasta without color additives without worry. We recommend drinking water.

Throughout the whitening period

Use toothpaste for sensitivity and don't smoke cigarettes - this can cause discoloration on your teeth. Avoid sudden changes in the temperature of foods and liquids consumed.
