Solution
During the same visit, we removed the tooth and placed an implant in its place. We rebuilt the missing tooth with a temporary crown. After about six months, we replaced it with a final all-ceramic crown screwed to the implant. The stability of the gingival contours, the color of the tooth and the structure of the surrounding tissues were most important to us.
